okay hotel stay

attentive staff good location helpful luggage assistance expensive water pool maintenance noise complaint

the staff were really attentive. they helped with my luggage to the room. the location is good, it is near bars, restaurants, and the beach.

i had to pay for water and ice. the pool needs maintenance because some tiles are falling off. i was told i talked too loud in the pool.

The pool connected to my room provided much joy. The room size was adequate for my needs. Breakfast provided some acceptable choices for starting my day. I found taxis available on site. This was quite convenient.

The room look aged. It could use some care. The air conditioning seemed fickle. Sometimes it worked well, other times it did not. The hotel resides at a distance from the beach.

i stayed in a pool access green wing room. the room was spacious and clean. the pool was easily accessible from my room. staff were friendly and helpful.

the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at night.

Wonderful Stay with Great Pool Access

I found pool access rooms to be a standout feature. Staff provided a room service via boat. The staff always smiled. We found the beds very comfortable . Taxis were available just opposite the hotel for alternative travel options.

I noted a slight smell that reminded me of drains, though it was not constant or severe.

My room had direct pool access, which I found especially convenient. The hot water was available at all times. Housekeeping kept everything clean and well kept throughout my visit.

The two main pools were spacious and clean. I also noticed a coffee shop opposite to the hotel. Food options, were available close by, providing many choices for meals and refreshments .
